The role

Once a customer pays, a lot has to happen: a shop picked, metal ordered, finishing booked, parts inspected and shipped. You run that, and you make it run better every month.

What you'll do

• Schedule jobs across our floor and partner shops
• Order metal and book finishing
• Book shipping and track every order to the door
• Chase late jobs before they’re late
• Measure each stage and fix the slow ones

What you bring

• Experience scheduling production or logistics
• Spreadsheets and systems; you like data
• Calm when three things go wrong at once
• Clear writing

What sets you apart

• Machine shop or manufacturing experience
• Freight and customs
• Supply chain training (SCMP, CPIM)

$60,000–$95,000 a year (NOC 13201)
